Welcome to the WC/EC 2010 section of our website.

We will try to give you some information about the World and European DN chamoinships during the week. We will also post some photos of the action.

The swiss team, who is the organising authority of this years event, arrived well at Balatonfured between thursday night and friday morning.

Friday was spent unloading and storing all the prizes, give aways and other goods, preparing the give away bags and finally some practice on the beautiful ice. Once again, our commodore Niklas did a great job in finding the best available ice in europe. The week of travelling he spent, looking for ice was well worth it, even if finally we sail just in his backjard. Many thanks Niklas for this great job.

So if weather helps and we dont get too much snow, we look forward to a great week of ice sailing.

The program for tomorrow is check-in, starting at 10 o clock, some more practicing and the opening ceremony at 15:00. Racing starts on sunday. Stay tuned ..
